Technology Center under Viettel Telecom General Company (Viettel Telecom), a branch of the Military Telecommunications Industry Group is a unit that:
Applies data analytics results based on Big Data platform to business problems to increase revenue and create new revenue sources.
Directly designs and develops software applications serving comprehensive operational, production and business activities of the Corporation across 63 provinces/cities and 10 foreign markets.
Masters and applies leading technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data, Cloud, Microservices, …) to projects and software products to completely transform customer experience with products and services and innovate the way of managing production and business operations.
Pioneers in applying the latest software development tools and processes to automate and optimize software development processes (DevOps, Agile,…).
A gathering place for leading Data Scientists, Big Data Engineers, Software Engineers with many years of experience in various fields, software design and development engineers who graduated excellently from top universities with the aspiration to mark Viettel IT's position in particular and Vietnam's in general on the world IT map.

Scope of Work Responsibilities
• Receive problem requirements from customers, write requirement analysis documents, requirement specifications, detailed design, database design
• Program assigned functions according to detailed solution documents.
• Perform bug fixing tasks detected during development and deployment.
• Write and perform unit tests.
• Perform code upgrades for project upgrade requirements.
• Design component modules and detailed functions according to existing architecture.
• Integrate source code (merge code), integrate systems.
• Write installation, operation and exploitation guides.
• Install and deploy systems
• Optimize systems
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree with good grades or higher in IT, Telecommunications, Applied Mathematics and Computer Science
· At least 1 year of experience developing software applications using Java language
· Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and design (OOP), Design Patterns
· Good foundation in data structures and algorithms
· Good knowledge of software development processes
· Proficient in one of the following technologies: Webservices (SOAP/RESTful), Websocket, Hibernate, JPA, HTML5/CSS3, Spring MVC, Struts
· Proficient in one of the following relational database management systems: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server
· Good independent work skills and teamwork skills
· Good problem-solving skills
· High stress tolerance
· Dynamic, creative, with self-study ability
· Priority given to candidates with Oracle international certificates for Java application development: Java SE, Java EE
• Toeic 550 or above or equivalent
