Viettel Academy (VTAca) under the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (Viettel) is a unit operating in the field of Training to develop Viettel's human resources. Our market of operation is all agencies/units of the Group (domestic and international) with customers being all employees.
Viettel Academy's core products: (1) Training programs to develop the capacity of Leaders - Managers (7 habits for success, breakthrough thinking, human resource management, financial management, management skills, new awareness...; (2) Interdisciplinary training programs; (3) Core training programs (new employee orientation, Viettel's ideological foundation; basic work skills...)).
Viettel Academy currently manages and operates a modern training facility (Scale of 18.5 hectares with green space - cool - spacious - airy - close to nature) meeting standards equivalent to training organizations in leading enterprises worldwide (Illustrative image).
The Academy's objective is to become a unit providing leading training programs for agencies/units within the Group to improve labor quality, linking training activities with the organization's strategic objectives. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer training systems and server infrastructure
System Deployment & Operations
- Plan, design, deploy, operate and optimize server systems (physical servers, virtualization, storage, networking).
- Manage, allocate and optimize server resources according to training and operational needs.
- Support deployment of training systems (LMS, UMS, LXP, virtual labs) and related IT services.
Monitoring & System Security
- Establish information security mechanisms from the planning and system design phase.
- Monitor, review and strengthen information security for all systems/services during operation.
- Ensure system uptime, performance and availability according to SLA.
- Proactively detect, handle incidents and implement recovery/restoration plans.
User Support & Coordination
- Meet end-user needs within defined budget, security and operational guidance scope.
- Coordinate with relevant units in implementing solutions and upgrading systems.
POSITION STANDARDS
- Specialization: Bachelor's degree or higher from reputable institutions domestic and international in specializations (Computer Science/IT/Applied Mathematics/Electronics Telecommunications or related...)
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in related positions.
- Skills:
+ Understanding of server systems, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM), storage, backup systems, monitoring.
+ Knowledge of information security, network security, firewall, VPN, IAM.
+ Incident handling skills, log analysis, system performance optimization.
+ Systems thinking, carefulness, proactivity, high sense of responsibility.
+ English: Toeic 650 points or equivalent certificates.
- Qualities: Responsible, disciplined, meticulous with work, capable of continuous learning to update knowledge
