Position Introduction
Viettel Solutions - Viettel Enterprise Solutions General Company is recruiting an IT Solutions Consulting Specialist responsible for consulting, proposing and building technology solutions for customer groups in the Government, Ministries and Departments for the E-Government Center.
This position serves as a bridge between customers, business teams, solution architecture teams, technical teams, information security and project management teams, responsible for analyzing requirements, building solution proposals, presenting proposals and supporting the implementation of technology projects with high requirements for security, stability, integration capability and compliance with specific procedures.
Job Description
- Master the catalog of products, services and solution capabilities of the General Company to provide appropriate consulting to customer needs.
- Lead or coordinate surveys of current status, collect requirements and analyze business/technical problems of customers in the Government, Ministries and Departments sectors.
- Build solution proposal documents, including: overall model, functional scope, integration plan, technical architecture, infrastructure sizing and information security requirements.
- Propose technology selection, deployment architecture and technical solutions appropriate to customer characteristics.
- Design, build or coordinate building demo/prototype to serve presentation, introduction and persuasion of customers.
- Present and defend solution proposals with customers, unit leaders and related parties.
- Coordinate with AM to build, review and validate business proposals, including software costs, infrastructure, operation and maintenance, transmission channels, information security and related technical costs.
- Coordinate review of technical content in proposal documents, submission letters, contracts, contract appendices and project documents.
- Support PM/implementation teams during solution handover, clarify scope, technical requirements and implementation plans.
- Update technology trends, research new solutions and analyze competitors/similar solutions to improve consulting quality.
Requirements for the Position
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Data Science or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 04 years of experience in positions such as Solutions Consultant, Presales, Solution Consultant, Business Solution Consultant, System Analyst, Solution Architect or equivalent positions.
- Experience participating in consulting, building solutions or implementing IT projects, digital transformation, system integration, technology infrastructure or information security.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements, build solution proposals and convert requirements into clear technical models/proposal documents.
- Understanding of IT solution components such as: Application software, databases, IT infrastructure, Cloud solutions, information security, operation monitoring.
- Skills in creating tables, plans, checklists, proposal documents and presenting solution proposals.
- Communication, presentation, persuasion and collaboration skills with customers/partner units.
- Logical thinking, good information synthesis ability, careful handling of documents and project information.
- Ability to read and understand English technical documents. Priority given to candidates with TOEIC 650+ or equivalent certification.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with customers in the Government, Ministries and Departments, state-owned enterprises sectors.
- Understanding of specific requirements in Government sector projects such as: Databases; reporting information systems; data integration and sharing platforms; administrative procedure resolution information systems; smart monitoring and command centers; online public service delivery systems.
- Experience building proposals, solution demos, presentations to senior customers.
- Understanding of information security, cloud, data platform, AI, IoT, system integration, SOC/NOC, centralized operating systems is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with related units throughout project processes.
