1. Job description:
- Participate in the design, construction and supervision of architectural projects.
- Develop design concepts, detailed drawings and implement drawings from foundation to construction
- Review shop drawings and handle design issues arising on site
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments during the design and construction process.
- Other work as directed by the supervisor
Requirements
- 25 years old and above; Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Architecture or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an equivalent position
- Proficient in design software (proficient in Revit)
- Solid understanding of design principles & detailed construction, technical specifications, materials...
- Good analytical thinking, able to work under pressure, high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team
