We are looking for a CPL Exit Controller responsible for operating the exit area, controlling finished product quality and ensuring the paint line operates safely and continuously to meet customer technical requirements.
Job Description
- Operate machinery and monitor the exit area of the paint line.
- Inspect surface quality, strip shape and finished product parameters.
- Ensure finished product coil length and weight meet customer requirements.
- Perform labeling, tape application and product finishing according to procedures.
- Support product changeovers, equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Strictly comply with safety regulations, report hazards and incidents that occur.
- Implement preventive measures to minimize product and equipment damage.
Candidates We Are Looking For
Requirements
- High school diploma or above, able to use computers and English while operating machinery.
- Able to work shifts.
- Responsible, careful and high safety awareness.
Preferred
- Experience operating machinery in an industrial production environment.
- Experience in steel, coil coating, cold rolling or product quality control.
