* Position: Analysis and Product Development Department – Product Management Center
* Work location: Hateco Laroma Tower, 32 Huynh Thuc Khang, Lang Ward, Hanoi
* Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Research new technology platforms & products, especially AI-applied technology products in the financial and banking sector.
- Receive & consolidate requirements from end users (departments and partners) to analyze, clarify business needs, business objectives and scope of requirements.
- Participate in product development at the conception phase and optimize products (features, user experience) during the practical deployment phase with partners.
- Build requirements, PRD documents, designs, mockups to propose product features.
- Propose product development ideas, new features, build implementation plans based on research results and needs analysis.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and divisions to coordinate and perfect products according to established plans and objectives.
- Have analytical skills, data-driven thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, foreign trade, finance and banking, information technology, e-commerce, etc.
- Ability to use English in work
- Minimum 02 years of experience or more in equivalent positions
- Have knowledge, research capability, understand trends in AI technology products, Data and Auto Marketing products with data applications
- Understand expertise and business operations in implementing projects related to product development in the fields of AI, Marketing, banking
- Experience: priority given to candidates with PO, PM experience in one of the fields of electronic payment, finance, banking, Marketing or other related fields or those wishing to develop into a Product Owner
- Ability to use tools to draw product feature mockups such as Axure, Figma, Whimsical
- Good slide-making, presentation and reporting skills
- Ability to apply data to evaluate product features and prioritize backlog
- Experience working with AI Agent application products is a plus
- High discipline and sense of responsibility
- Ability to proactively learn and solve problems.
- Candidates who know how to apply AI tools in their work
- Understanding of Agile model, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with deadlines and objectives.
