- Design, deploy, operate and upgrade large-scale production Kubernetes clusters on on-premises and cloud environments. Ensure high availability, scalability and performance. Perform capacity planning and integrate products and services running on the Kubernetes platform.
- Administer and optimize Linux Server, Networking, DNS, VPN, Hypervisor/KVM, Load Balancer/Gateway and Storage infrastructure. Handle complex issues at OS, kernel, network and storage layers.
- Research, standardize deployment templates and operational procedures for database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Kafka...) on both VMs and Kubernetes.
- Operate distributed and high availability database clusters (Patroni, Galera, Redis Sentinel/Cluster, MongoDB Replica Set...). Fine-tune configuration, optimize queries, and collaborate with development teams to improve database/big data products.
- Build and improve monitoring, logging and alerting systems. Define metrics, alert thresholds, SLI/SLO/SLA and error budget for infrastructure and database services.
- Lead incident response, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and post-mortems to improve system reliability. Participate in on-call rotation.
- Design and standardize CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code. Automate operational procedures (deploy, backup, PITR, failover, scaling, patching) through scripting and AI Agent/MCP. Organize periodic restore drills and Disaster Recovery exercises.
- Implement security hardening, RBAC, network policy, secret management and access control to protect infrastructure and customer data.
- Build and standardize runbooks, playbooks and operational documentation. Review technical solutions, guide and mentor junior members. Collaborate with Product, Development and customer teams to analyze requirements and propose product improvements.
Requirements

- Experience operating infrastructure on at least one Cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, Azure or VNGCloud.
- Proficient in writing automation scripts using Bash and Python or Go.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation, handle or escalate incidents promptly, and lead RCA/post-mortems.
- Strong systems thinking and automation-first mindset. Proactively identify risks before incidents occur.
- Ability to lead technically, mentor junior members and collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Effectively apply AI in work. Good English reading comprehension for technical documentation.
