2. Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Age: 25 – 45 years old
- At least 01 year of experience in work suitable for the position
- Graduated from intermediate level or higher from specialized training institutions suitable for the position
- Teamwork skills
- Proactive, honest, careful and high sense of responsibility
- Good health, able to withstand work pressure, ready to accept any tasks when required
3. Job description:
- Receive design drawings, coordinate marks – elevation from Investor/Consultant
- Locate project centerline, control marks, construction elevation marks
- Measure and check foundation elevation, foundation, structure during construction
- Check errors, monitor deformation (if any) of the project
- Other work according to specialization
4. Documents:
- Application documents with personal statement on learning and work history
- Curriculum vitae, certified by local authority (last 6 months)
- Relevant certificates and diplomas according to level and field of study standards (notarized)
- Health certificate A3 size (original), birth certificate (CC), copy of ID/Citizen Card, Family household registration (last 6 months)
- 4x6 photos (blue background): 4 pieces.
5. Salary and benefits:
- Income negotiable according to qualifications and experience, from 20 – 25 million VND/month
- Salary and regular benefits paid 02 times/month (mid-month advance and monthly salary settlement)
- End of year: 13th month bonus and performance-based annual bonus according to Hoa Phat Group regulations (from 01 to 03 months salary)
