1. Number of positions: 5 people
2. Requirements:
- Age from 30 – 45 years old, male
- At least 03 years of experience in an equivalent position
- Graduated from College/University/Vocational School in construction-related specialties
- Proficient in office IT within the scope of work
- Proactive, honest, careful and high sense of responsibility
- Good health, able to withstand work pressure, ready to accept any tasks when required
3. Job Description:
- Responsible to the Site Commander and Board of Directors for project items deployed at the construction site
- Assign work tasks to each staff member in the department
- Establish and supervise measures and construction progress for each work item assigned
- Guide and supervise construction teams according to design specifications, ensuring quality, progress and efficiency
- Complete field documentation for settlement and final account work
- Coordinate with responsible parties such as Investor, Consultant to resolve on-site issues
- Other work as assigned by the Board of Directors and direct management
4. Documents:
- Application documents with a personal statement of education and work history
- Curriculum vitae with local authority certification (last 6 months)
- Relevant certificates and diplomas according to level and field of study standards (notarized)
- Health certificate A3 size (original), birth certificate (CC), copy of ID card
- Photos 4x6 (blue background): 4 pieces
5. Benefits:
- Income negotiable according to qualifications and experience, from 25 – 30 million VND/month
- Salary and regular benefits paid 02 times/month (mid-month advance and monthly salary settlement)
