JOB DESCRIPTION
+ Monitor and update the status of project legal procedure implementation; update project implementation status. Consolidate data and report to department head and Board when requested.
+ Coordinate with departments to prepare investment project proposals for obtaining investment policy decisions/designating project investors/bidding to select investors
+ Coordinate with departments to prepare, appraise, and approve planning dossiers
+ Participate in bidding to select investors for Projects, negotiate and sign project implementation contracts.
+ Complete procedures related to investment preparation work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in construction, law, or related fields.
+ 5 years or more of experience in project development, construction.
+ Proficient in office software and work-related software;
+ Solid knowledge of construction economics and construction investment;
+ Understanding of regulations related to investment, construction, land, housing, natural resources and environment.
