- Reporting line: Legal & Compliance Deputy Director/ Director. - Ensuring operations of Shinhan Bank Vietnam in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; guidelines or regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam, relevant Vietnamese authorities as well as the banks charter and internal policies. - Providing legal advices to BOM, branches, other departments in relations to banking business and operation. - Reviewing Bank policies, guidelines, contracts & other documents. - Legal research, legal briefing, legal systemizing. - Other as assigned by Legal & Compliance Director/ Deputy Director.
