Detailed Job Description
- Responsible for organizing and planning the company's activity programs on a regular basis by month/quarter/year or by project together with relevant departments based on the direction and policies of the Board of Directors.
- Advise on establishing activity targets for the company and departments and metrics - performance measurement indicators, cycles - activity cycles that meet organizational objectives; alert to planning risks for projects and departments.
- Continuously monitor and supervise plan implementation. Urge and promptly adjust work that does not ensure progress and work efficiency as required.
- Report and advise the Board of Directors on the operational situation of units. In particular, timely report to leadership on cases at risk of not meeting the plan.
- Evaluate KPI performance indicators assigned by the group to the Company quarterly.
- Advise the Board of Directors on establishing content and methods for evaluating departments, prepare data and advise on the process of evaluating the operational effectiveness of departments.
- Enhance analytical work for decision-making based on the organization's centralized data. Identify non-optimal management flows in the organization to propose adjustments, tools, and digitization of analytical and operational flows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, International Trade or related fields.
- 1.5-4 years of experience in a Planning and Operations position
- In-depth knowledge of planning methods, planning criteria, and planning templates.
- Solid understanding of target management processes and methods and ability to apply them in work management and operations.
- Solid understanding of the organization's operational processes
