Scope of Work Responsibilities
1. Submarine Cables
- Research, evaluate and propose Viettel's proactive investment in 02 submarine cable routes connecting Vietnam to international markets (Viettel as project owner). Implement all procedures related to project writing, investment procedures, etc.
- Research, evaluate and propose participation in investment in submarine cable routes connecting Vietnam to international markets or from Viettel's invested markets to outside (including terrestrial cables and submarine cables).
- Seek cooperation opportunities with domestic and foreign telecommunications suppliers related to joint investment contributions.
- Directly participate in activities related to new investment, upgrading, deployment and operation of submarine cable routes in which Viettel has invested.
- Participate in coordinating project activities (commercial, technical, financial) in cases where Viettel participates in joint investment with domestic telecommunications suppliers.
2. Infrastructure Assurance (International Connectivity Procurement)
- Develop plans, negotiate, implement procurement procedures, sign contracts for mobile services, fixed services, enterprise customers of the Group:
o International transmission infrastructure
o IP connectivity, peering/caching connectivity
o Access layer connectivity domestically and internationally: x-connections, backhaul, local loop, space rental, equipment.
- Research, advise and propose backup solutions in case of incidents via terrestrial or submarine cable routes.
- Provide consulting and support to foreign markets in planning and investing in international connectivity infrastructure.

Who is the ideal candidate for this position?
Graduate from a regular university with Good grade or higher in Information Technology/Telecommunications Electronics/Computer Science majors...
- English proficiency minimum TOEIC 650 points/IELTS 5.5 or equivalent certificate.
- Minimum 04 years of experience related to the applied position.
- Good market research skills, communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge in Telecommunications/IT field.
- Love technology products, capable of learning and able to handle high work pressure, ready to travel domestically and internationally.
- Priority given to candidates with good background knowledge in Telecommunications/IT.
- Clear background, good political quality and ethics.
