Job description
1. Perform treasury coordination work:
1.1 Monitor all cash and bank deposits to ensure compliance with cash and bank deposit management procedures issued;
1.2 Monitor the Group's temporary cash flows, make effective savings deposits to optimize financial revenue;
1.3 Perform inter-company fund transfer transactions; coordinate sources to ensure cash flow circulation and proper use according to regulations.
2. Report cash and monitor cash flows:
2.1 Perform periodic cash reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested by superiors.
2.2 Report issues or risks related to cash management during operations.
3. Perform payment and debt tracking:
3.1 Process payment documents with proper approval authority and track arising debts;
3.2 Store payment documents according to regulations.
4. Guide implementation of procedures, regulations, accounting manuals
5. Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
Requirements
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting - Auditing, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Knowledge:
- Knowledge of accounting and auditing operations, treasury coordination, relevant Circulars and Laws;
- Knowledge of Finance, Accounting - Auditing, Tax, Business Finance Law.
3. Professional experience:
- Over 05 years of experience in financial control and treasury coordination;
- Priority given to candidates with experience in real estate-related fields.
4. Skills:
- Communication ability, ability to build good relationships;
- Ability to forecast and manage risks, manage change;
- Ability to set objectives, manage work;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
