Job description
• Build, implement and supervise the accounting system for a member company of Vingroup Corporation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accounting and management of the Company's financial transactions.
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring financial information is transparent, complete and submitted on time.
• Manage and ensure tax declaration and payment are made on time, completely and in compliance with requirements.
• Manage cash flow and corporate finance, propose cost optimization solutions and improve financial efficiency.
• Other related work as required by management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related fields.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in accounting, of which at least 4-5 years of experience as General Accountant/Chief Accountant.
• Experience providing audit services at consulting firms is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations and related laws.
• Experience building accounting management systems for new companies is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, diligent and careful.
