Viettel Enterprise Solutions General Company currently has a Research and Development Center that masters new technologies of the 4.0 industrial revolution (Big Data, AI, IoT, AR/VR, Cloud, Blockchain…) delivering solutions for smart cities and digital transformation for enterprises, government, and organizations with directions such as connectivity, sharing and customer experience.
Job Summary
Research, analyze, and evaluate market potential and development trends of the Telecommunications/IT market domestically and internationally.
- Search for potential partners and customers, directly approach and understand customer needs, introduce suitable products.
- Propose development of international A2P service business policies.
- Directly negotiate business with > 60 international partners and 10 domestic enterprises.
- Negotiate rates, traffic volume, connection capacity, declare and manage brandnames, etc.
- Directly implement post-sales operations: error handling, customer service, evaluate business effectiveness, handle disputes, collect receivables, interact with relevant departments within the center and support divisions, etc.
- Care for carrier partners/customers to ensure business effectiveness of services.
- Support international A2P smuggling control work for Viettel subscribers.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, Good grade or above, majoring in Information Technology/Telecommunications Electronics/Economics.
- English proficiency minimum TOEIC 650 points/IELTS 6.5 or above or equivalent certificate.
- Minimum 4 years of experience related to the applied position.
- Good market research skills, communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Telecommunications/IT field.
- Like technology products, capable of learning and able to withstand high work pressure, ready to travel domestically and internationally.
- Priority given to candidates with good knowledge background in Telecommunications/IT.
- Clear background, good political qualities and ethics.
