Job description
- Manage and develop team: Organize, assign, and supervise the work of department staff; manage shift schedules, evaluate work performance, train and develop the team.
- Manage technical system operations: Direct operations, inspect, and maintain technical systems at the shopping mall such as electrical, air conditioning/HVAC, chillers, water supply and drainage, fire protection, generators, etc., ensuring safe, stable and continuous operation.
- Quality control and safety: Inspect and supervise the implementation of operation and maintenance procedures; control service quality, fire protection safety, occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations.
- Manage repairs and renovations: Plan and supervise repair and renovation items of technical systems; manage contractors, inspect and hand over projects according to standards.
- Manage plans and budgets: Develop and implement operation and periodic maintenance plans; establish and control OPEX/CAPEX budgets, energy costs, materials and repair expenses; propose cost optimization solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle incidents, improve operational quality and perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- College degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Electrical, Air Conditioning, Construction, Infrastructure Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an equivalent management position; in-depth understanding of building technical systems.
- Preference for candidates with experience working at shopping malls, buildings, apartment complexes, hotels or large-scale real estate/retail enterprises.
- Experience in team management, planning, budget control and contractor management.
- Problem-solving skills, incident handling ability and good teamwork coordination.
- Proficient in office software and AutoCAD.
- Proactive, decisive, careful, responsible and able to handle work pressure.
