I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for managing design, planning, architecture, interior, and landscape design of the project.
- Provide professional opinions on design and propose appropriate solutions. Have decisive opinions on the project's design solutions based on consultation with the Project Director's guidance.
- Organize, evaluate and guide the design process to ensure the project is completed within required cost, time and quality.
- Coordinate with the Professional Department to establish design requirements and tasks.
- Manage design changes effectively by evaluating technical, time and cost impacts of change proposals, while maintaining quality requirements.
- Supervise and evaluate the work performance of design consulting units/foreign consultants.
- Assign and manage work implementation of specialists from each discipline.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure products are completed according to requirements.
- Professional assistant to the Design Management Department Head, support professional work and coordinate work according to directions.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction/Architecture;
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in main discipline and ability to coordinate multiple disciplines; At least 03 years of experience in design management;
- Proficient English in all 4 skills to manage and evaluate design and work with Design Consulting Units;
- Understanding of standards and regulations;
- Understanding of construction law, procedures and project approval processes;
- Proficient in office software and construction software such as BIM, CAD, REVIT,...
- High sense of responsibility, proactive, honest, logical and systematic thinking, able to handle work pressure. Ability to work independently & collaborate effectively with teams.
