ABBank FIA Fasttrack 2026 will accompany you on your first steps. The program provides a systematic training roadmap, combining specialized knowledge and practical experience at branches, helping you quickly adapt to the working environment and be ready to develop your career in the Finance - Banking sector.
The program consists of 02 main stages:
• Stage 01
01 week at Regional Branch/Head Office: You will receive in-depth training on finance – banking knowledge, sales skills, customer care, risk management and ABBANK culture directly from Leaders and Experts.
• Stage 02
07 weeks at Branch: You will practice in the position of Financial and Investment Consultant Specialist, directly participating in business activities, transactions and customer service.
After two stages is a transparent evaluation process covering 3 aspects: Knowledge - Skills - Attitude to give you the opportunity to become an official ABBank employee and move towards key positions. Besides, you can also become an Ambassador for ABBank FAST TRACK 2027.
Job Description:
• Receive, guide and support customers at the counter according to service standards.
• Perform non-cash transactions: open CIF, accounts, cards, electronic banking services; support procedures related to deposit contracts, inquiries, blocking/unblocking, authorization…
• Advise and sell products/services for individual customers, especially fee-based product groups: Insurance, Fund Certificates, Bonds, International Money Transfer and other banking services.
• Search, expand and care for individual customer portfolio.
• Complete transaction documents, archive and prepare reports according to regulations.
• Research customer needs in the area, propose suitable products to increase sales effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements
• Graduates in 2026 from Universities specializing in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting... or related fields.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in teams.
• Ability to handle situations and solve problems effectively.
• Proficient in office software.
• Have a spirit of progress and eagerness to learn.
• Have passion and desire to develop in the banking industry long-term
