Job description
Responsible for ensuring the design, construction and migration of systems to an advanced hybrid MLOps platform. Directly lead pipelines to bring critical model clusters (particularly Risk Scoring and Limit models) and Business models from MVP stage into actual core systems:
1. Lead the evaluation, design and planning of centralized MLOps platform architecture, particularly the hybrid deployment strategy (Hybrid On-premise/Cloud) with MLOps systems
Define and make technology decisions for Feature Store architecture, ensuring data consistency for training (Offline Batch) and real-time prediction (Online Real-time)
2. Ensure 100% of models are refactored to Production code standards (OOP) and deployed through fully automated CI/CD pipelines
3. Preside over the construction and issuance of Operating Standards (MLE SOP), establish clear handover boundaries with the Model Development (DS) team
Build documentation standards to transfer complex feature extraction logic to Feature Store (including encoding structure for behavior sequence using Sequence Graph Transform - SGT algorithm)
4. Directly coordinate technically, closely monitor Milestones and accept deliverables from vendor partner (Ask2AI) in core MVP structure phases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Backend/System Architecture or Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 2 - 3 years in a technical team management position (Engineering Manager / Tech Lead)
- Understanding and experience implementing distributed software architecture and MLOps lifecycle; experience with Feature Store (Hopsworks, Feast) and Experiment Tracking platforms (MLflow, DVC)
- Expert-level proficiency in Python ecosystem, high-performance API building frameworks (FastAPI, gRPC), and leading Serving Engines (Triton Inference Server, TorchServe)
- Preferred experience in designing and deploying to Production financial risk models (A-card, B-card, C-card) or large-scale Business models (Marketing, Churn …)

Job description
Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo việc thiết kế, xây dựng và chuyển đổi hệ thống sang nền tảng MLOps lai (hybrid) tiên tiến. Trực tiếp dẫn dắt các pipeline đưa cụm mô hình trọng yếu (đặc biệt là mô hình Chấm điểm rủi ro - Scoring và Hạn mức - Limit) và các mô hình Kinh doanh từ giai đoạn MVP vào hệ thống lõi thực tế:
1. Dẫn dắt quá trình đánh giá, thiết kế và quy hoạch kiến trúc nền tảng MLOps tập trung, đặc biệt là chiến lược triển khai kiến trúc lai (Hybrid On-premise/Cloud) với hệ thống MLOPs
Định nghĩa và ra quyết định công nghệ cho kiến trúc Feature Store, đảm bảo tính nhất quán của dữ liệu phục vụ huấn luyện (Offline Batch) và dự đoán theo thời gian thực (Online Real-time)
2. Đảm bảo 100% các mô hình được refactor sang chuẩn mã nguồn Production (OOP) và triển khai thông qua đường ống CI/CD tự động hóa hoàn toàn
3. Chủ trì xây dựng và ban hành bộ Tiêu chuẩn vận hành (MLE SOP), thiết lập ranh giới bàn giao rõ ràng với nhóm Phát triển mô hình (DS)
Xây dựng chuẩn tài liệu hóa để chuyển giao các logic trích xuất đặc trưng phức tạp lên Feature Store (bao gồm cấu trúc mã hóa chuỗi hành vi sử dụng thuật toán Sequence Graph Transform - SGT)
4. Trực tiếp điều phối kỹ thuật, bám sát các chặng (Milestones) và nghiệm thu các hạng mục bàn giao với đối tác vendor (Ask2AI) trong các giai đoạn cấu trúc MVP lõi
Requirements
- Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân chuyên ngành khoa học dữ liệu, khoa học máy tính, thống kê, Toán tin... hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực Data Engineering, Backend/System Architecture hoặc Machine Learning Engineering trong đó có ít nhất 2 - 3 năm ở vị trí quản lý đội ngũ kỹ thuật (Engineering Manager / Tech Lead)
- Hiểu biết & từng triển khai kiến trúc phần mềm phân tán và vòng đời MLOps; có kinh nghiệm với Feature Store (Hopsworks, Feast) và các nền tảng Experiment Tracking (MLflow, DVC)
- Sử dụng ở mức độ chuyên gia hệ sinh thái Python, các framework xây dựng API hiệu năng cao (FastAPI, gRPC), và các Serving Engines hàng đầu (Triton Inference Server, TorchServe)
- Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trong việc thiết kế và đưa lên Production các mô hình rủi ro tài chính (A-card, B-card, C-card) hoặc các mô hình Kinh doanh (Marketing, Churn …) quy mô lớn
