1. Number of positions: 05 people
2. Requirements:
- Age from 22 – 45 years old, male
- At least 01 year of experience in an equivalent position
- Graduated from College/University/Vocational School in majors related to construction, architecture, etc.
- Proficient in office IT within the scope of work
- Proactive, honest, careful and high sense of responsibility
- Good health, able to withstand work pressure, ready to accept any tasks when required
3. Job Description:
- Develop shop drawing plans to serve construction according to design documents
- Check and review the compatibility between design drawings and actual construction
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle technical issues that arise
- Update and modify drawings according to project requirements and supervisors' instructions
- Extract basic quantities to serve construction when needed
- Manage and archive technical drawing documents of the project
- Other work as assigned by the Board of Directors and direct management
4. Documents:
- Application documents with a personal statement about education and work experience
- Curriculum vitae with confirmation from local authorities (last 6 months)
- Certificates and diplomas related to the standard level and field of study (notarized)
- Health certificate A3 size (original), birth certificate (CC), copy of ID card/Citizen Identity Card, Family household registration (last 6 months)
- Photos 4x6 (blue background): 4 pieces
5. Salary and Benefits:
- Income negotiable according to qualifications and experience, from 20 - 28 million VND/month
- Salary payment and benefits (overtime, monthly salary coefficient, etc.) paid regularly 02 times/month
- End of year: 13th month bonus and performance-based annual bonus according to Hoa Phat Group regulations (from 01 to 03 months salary)
