- Responsible for developing and implementing content development plans to deploy advertisements
- Develop ideas, plan and directly implement advertising campaigns on advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, Tiktok with the goal of achieving specific growth metrics.
- Manage and develop content about FPT Telecom products on Digital channels to increase interaction, brand recognition and conversion rates.
- Monitor, measure and report important KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, customer conversion cost, ...
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Conversion target), with outstanding achievements in driving growth through data-driven campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and ability to optimize based on performance data.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other analytics platforms. Tools supporting visual reporting such as Looker Studio, Power BI. Clear understanding of digital marketing metrics and ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking skills and strategic planning to develop breakthrough marketing ideas that drive growth.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
- Proactive attitude to learning and updating the latest digital marketing trends, including AI-based marketing tools and data security compliance practices.
- Salary: 10-20M/month. (13 months salary, summer bonus, business performance bonus…).
