Job description
1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1. Implement and monitor compliance with regulations and procedures on safety and occupational health at the shopping mall.
1.2. Conduct regular/surprise inspections of safety conditions in operational areas, technical areas, warehouses, public areas and areas with risk exposure.
1.3. Identify, assess risks and propose preventive and corrective measures for safety hazards.
1.4. Monitor compliance with safety regulations by staff, contractors, partners and construction units.
1.5. Coordinate organization of training, guidance and communication on safety and occupational health.
1.6. Track safety records; monitor inspection and certification of machinery and equipment with strict safety requirements within assigned scope.
1.7. Coordinate handling, investigation and analysis of causes when accidents or incidents occur; propose corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
1.8. Monitor, consolidate and report on occupational safety situation, risks and incidents at the unit.
1.9. Coordinate with departments, contractors and competent authorities in inspection and assessment activities related to occupational safety.
1.10. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

3.1. System of regulations and rules that are concise, simple, standardized, easy to apply and aimed at high efficiency.
3.2. Budget implementation: efficient; optimize revenue and expenditure; no waste; complete financial plans well.
3.3. Build a team of staff with good knowledge and expertise; have a succession workforce that is properly trained.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Labor Protection, Engineering, Environment or related fields.
- Risk inspection and assessment; report preparation; incident handling; communication and coordination with multiple parties; proficient use of MS Office.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Occupational Safety/HSE field; preference for candidates with experience in shopping malls, buildings, construction sites or large-scale operational environments.
- Risk prevention mindset; compliance control capability; situation handling; proactive and decisive; ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.
- Hold certificate/training in Safety and Occupational Health according to regulations; preference for certificates related to HSE, Fire Prevention and Fighting, First Aid.
