1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.1. Design Development:
- Support and advise the Head of Department in the field of Structural Design at Projects; - Participate in negotiation and signing of Survey - Design Contracts; - Participate in site surveys, establish design scope, survey scope, survey - design documents, maintenance procedures & author supervision according to contracts; - Directly participate in and lead Design according to assignments from superiors; - Coordinate Survey - Design conducted by external consultants, coordinate with the Company; - Defend design documents with Units within the Group (BQLTK, PQLTK, BQLDA, Operations Division,..) or State agencies (SXD, ...) - Comply with authority limits specified in work assignment decisions, regulations, and procedures issued by the Group; - Ensure schedule and work quality according to requirements from superiors; - Provide ideas in management and selection of improved working methods; - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
1.2 Design Control:
- Supervise the author during construction to ensure construction complies with design documents; - Participate in acceptance and contract settlement for Survey - Design.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in Structural Engineering, Civil and Industrial Construction or related specialties. - Minimum 7 years in the field of Structural Design, Civil Construction. Experience in high-rise design - Priority given to those with experience in design with international standards. - Ready to travel on business as directed by the company. - Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Safe, Etab, Plaxis, Sap,...; - Honest, enthusiastic, eager to learn; - Disciplined, self-motivated, able to work in teams and work independently; - Able to work under high pressure, tight schedules
