Job Description:
** Landscape Design Work:
- Survey current conditions, propose new ideas and concepts for Landscape items: miniature landscapes, flower gardens, pathways, visitor experience spaces…
- Design Landscape decoration plans for each season, festival, event and themed activities throughout the year.
- Adjust design proposals according to management requirements to meet the Company's operational objectives.
- Coordinate with operations, construction and maintenance departments to ensure design proposals are suitable for actual conditions and effective use.
- Perform design drawings: 3D perspectives, overall drawings, technical drawings and detailed quantity breakdowns for design proposals.
- Update overall site plans and maps of the resort when changes or new developments occur on site.
** Event and Festival Design Work:
- Research themes, concepts and messages of each program, event and festival to propose design ideas suitable for the space and usage needs.
- Perform perspective design, floor plans and event layouts including functional areas, traffic flow and event organization space.
- Design or coordinate design of items serving operations and business at the resort: entrance gates, stages, display counters/shelves, models, experience spaces…
- Propose solutions to utilize, reuse or renovate decoration items from previous programs to optimize costs.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree - Major in Architecture/Landscape Architecture/Landscape Design
- Understanding of materials, structures and landscape plants
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUP, Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalent graphic design software.
- Skills in updating landscape design trends, festivals, decoration and customer experience
- Knowledge of budgeting/quantity breakdown, materials and costs at design support level, Skills in applying AI to support work.
