JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and update the status of project legal procedure implementation; update project implementation status. Consolidate data and report to department head and Board when requested.
- Coordinate with departments to develop investment project proposals for obtaining investment policy decisions/investor designation/investor selection bidding
- Coordinate with departments to prepare, appraise and approve planning dossiers
- Participate in bidding to select investors for Projects, negotiate and sign project implementation contracts.
- Complete procedures related to investment preparation work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in construction, law, or related fields.
- 5 years or more of experience in project development, construction.
- Proficient in office software and work-related software;
- Solid knowledge of construction economics, construction investment;
- Understanding of regulations related to investment, construction, land, housing, natural resources and environment.
