Job Requirements
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Learning Analysis & Design
- Analyze content from SME (Subject Matter Expert), convert into eLearning scripts
- Design learning flow: objectives – content – interaction – assessment
- Build detailed storyboards (text, images, animation, interaction)
2. Digital Learning Material Production
- Design eLearning lessons (slides, animation, interaction)
- Produce instructional videos: filming, editing, motion graphics
- Design illustrative graphics: infographics, icons, visual learning
3. Advanced Content Development
- Build interactive lessons: quizzes, scenarios, branching
- Design simulations (operation simulation, processes, techniques)
- Apply new technologies: 3D, AR/VR, AI voice/video
4. Learning Material Standardization & Packaging
- Publish SCORM/xAPI
- Ensure LMS integration (tracking, reporting)
- Optimize learning UX/UI5. Implementation Coordination
- Work with SME, PO, L&D
- Review, revise based on feedback
6. Research & Improvement
- Update eLearning trends (AI, microlearning, gamification)
- Propose design methodology improvements

Qualifications:
+ University degree with good or higher grades: Graphic Design, Multimedia, IT, Education, Communication
+ Priority given to Instructional Design, eLearning tools certifications
+ TOEIC: 650 points
Skills
+ Graphic design: Photoshop, Illustrator…- eLearning tools: Articulate Storyline, Captivate, iSpring
+ Video production: Premiere, After Effects
+ Understanding of Instructional Design (ADDIE, learning flow)
+ Storyboard development- Aesthetic thinking + learning UX
+ Proactive in learning new technologies (AI, 3D…)
Experience
+ 2–5 years in eLearning / Multimedia / Content design
+ Portfolio of real products (lessons, videos, interactive content)
+ Priority given to experience with simulation, gamification
Other
+ Learning experience mindset (learning well, not just beautiful)
+ Careful, detail-oriented, quality assurance
+ Multitasking, meeting deadlines- Priority given to knowledge of AI tools (voice, video, automation)
