Job description
- Survey, search for and evaluate locations for project implementation;
- Responsible for working with government agencies and relevant parties to carry out project legal procedures;
- Resolve issues arising during work with local authorities and relevant departments during implementation;
- Carry out work according to leadership requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Land Management, Law, Architecture, Construction (KTXD), Surveying, etc.;
- Experience related to Legal Procedure documents, Construction documents, Land clearance;
- Priority given to experience in land clearance (GPMB): coordination with government agencies on legal procedures regarding inventory, surveying, land allocation, land lease, land recovery to implement projects according to State regulations, etc.;
- Ability to coordinate teamwork, work independently and handle pressure well;
- Ability to travel on business to provinces (Central North region);
- Quick adaptation to new environments;
