In this journey, Wealth Management is identified as one of the bank's strategic growth pillars. We are looking for a Solution Design Expert - Wealth Middle Office to participate in building and implementing the future operating model for ACB's Wealth Management operations.

Your Role

You will work at the intersection of Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology to design business capabilities, operating processes and governance models for Wealth Middle Office. This is a key position in transforming the Wealth Management operating model from current state to future target model.

What will you work on?

  • Design and implement the Target Operating Model for Wealth Middle Office.
  • Analyse and build business capabilities, operating processes and control mechanisms for Wealth Management activities.
  • Assess current state, identify gaps and propose future operating models.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis and Impact Assessment for transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate workshops with business units, operations teams and subject matter experts.
  • Transform business requirements into:
    • Business Requirements
    • Functional Requirements
    • User Stories
    • Process Design Documents.
  • Work closely with technology teams during solution design, testing and implementation.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years of experience in:
    • Wealth Management
    • Private Banking
    • Asset Management
    • Securities/Capital Markets.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or equivalent roles.
  • Good understanding of:
    • Investment portfolio
    • Investment products
    • Suitability
    • Risk management
    • Compliance in investment activities.
  • Experience in process analysis, requirements gathering and future operating model design.
  • Knowledge of investment management, portfolio monitoring, regulatory compliance and operational controls is a major advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and workshop coordination skills.

  • Điều phối workshop với các đơn vị kinh doanh, vận hành và chuyên gia nghiệp vụ. 
  • Chuyển hóa yêu cầu kinh doanh thành:
    • Business Requirements
    • Functional Requirements
    • User Stories
    • Process Design Documents. 
  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với các đội ngũ công nghệ trong quá trình thiết kế, kiểm thử và triển khai giải pháp.
