We are looking for a functional Director of Solution Design to participate in the Assessment & Vendor Selection workstream, playing a crucial role in shaping the future model and selecting the most suitable technology platforms for ACB's Wealth Management ecosystem.

What will you do?
  • Assess the current state of processes, systems and operating models.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from business units.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis and build target operating models.
  • Design future business processes (To-Be Process).
  • Build solution and vendor evaluation criteria.
  • Participate in RFI, RFP, Vendor Demo and partner evaluation processes.
  • Coordinate with Business, Technology, Data and partners to identify the most suitable solution for ACB.
Who are we looking for?
  • 3-6 years of experience in Technology, Financial Services or Management Consulting.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design or Digital Transformation.
