RSM bears comprehensive responsibility for the results of the Point-of-Sale Chain model, while managing the deployment of other growth models in the assigned territory. The focus is on electric motorcycles (VinFast, Yadea), followed by phone chains, electronics chains and expanded product categories.
RSM's performance indicators (KPIs) go beyond the number of cards and new loans opened, but focus on the number of accounts generating transactions and portfolio quality.
Main Responsibilities1. Regional Business Plan and Targets
- Target Commitment (KPIs): Bear comprehensive responsibility for targets: new accounts opened, accounts with transactions and total transaction value across the region. Translate quarterly targets into detailed plans by week/month for each province, each team and each point of sale.
- Build Regional Map: Classify provinces and points of sale by potential: based on density of electric motorcycle dealers, electronics chains, industrial zones, markets, schools... From there, prioritize concentrating resources in areas with high approval and activation rates.
- Manage Conversion Funnel: Closely monitor daily volume of applications, approval rates, activation rates and first transactions by each point of sale. Promptly intervene and address points of sale with low approval rates or poor activation.
2. Develop and Operate Point-of-Sale Network
- Electric Motorcycles: Directly implement cooperation programs with VinFast and Yadea dealers in the territory: select pilot dealers, train staff, deploy QR codes and Seller App, and coordinate organizing sales events at markets/residential areas with dealers.
- Phone and Electronics Chains: Coordinate with Key Account Manager to implement signed policies at store systems in the region (The Gioi Di Dong, FPT Shop, CellphoneS, Hoang Ha…). Note: RSM does not participate in framework contract negotiations at chain level.
- Expand Local Partners: Proactively seek and establish cooperation with provincial/city-level partners (independent motorcycle dealers, phone shops, industrial zone management boards, schools, enterprises, clinics…). Ensure each new partner comes with a specific development program.
3. Coordinate Other Growth Models Locally
- Partner with Partner Banks: Support deployment when partner bank branches pilot programs in the region (e.g., Solution packages for salary-earning customers). Act as a connecting point between the region and the branch to align implementation schedules, while receiving and handling customer feedback.
- Activate Digital Channel & EVO Channel: Deploy regional Marketing campaigns (events, promotional programs, card opening voucher distribution). Proactively guide customers at points of sale to EVO App so AI assistant (Be May) can continue advising and cross-selling subsequent products.
- Expand & Manage Collaborator Network (CTV): Build CTV network locally from small traders, point-of-sale staff, tech drivers... Regularly monitor quality and promptly suspend/terminate cooperation with CTVs with high overdue debt rates.
4. Build and Retain Talent
- Recruitment: Proactively build Business Development Supervisor (BDS) and Partnership Support (PS) teams to meet staffing requirements according to point-of-sale scale. Fill vacancies within 30 days of opening.
- Field Training & Development: Go to market with the team; provide hands-on training on product knowledge, eKYC procedures, and standardize transparent advisory skills on interest rates and fees for customers.
- Build Competition Programs and Retain Talent: Directly implement and promote competition programs based on reward mechanisms designed by Sales Admin. Closely monitor monthly turnover rates to promptly provide support solutions and retain key personnel.
5. Quality, Compliance and Market Feedback
- Application Quality: Ensure correct target audience and correct needs. Absolutely do not chase targets with poor quality applications. Early overdue debt rate by each point of sale is a direct criterion to evaluate RSM's work effectiveness.
- Regulatory Compliance: Strictly comply with partner procedures (TPBank, Mirae Asset Finance…), personal data protection regulations and professional ethics standards of Trusting Social.
- Reporting & Feedback: Regularly report weekly on reasons for application rejection, update competitor activities (finance companies, bank card opening promotions) at points of sale and propose product and policy adjustments as appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance - Banking or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, including 3 years in RSM or ASM position.
- Experience in Consumer Finance at point of sale (motorcycles, electronics), Credit Cards, Bank Personal Loans or Fintech.
- Experience managing sales teams in the market, dealer networks and large-scale collaborator networks.
Skills
- Data Analysis: Ability to read and take action based on conversion funnel metrics (approval rates, activation rates, overdue debt rates by each point of sale).
- Negotiation & Partner Development: Negotiation skills, ability to persuade dealer owners, store managers and local partners.
- Training & Operations: Ability to train teams in the field and establish operational discipline for the team.
- Technology: Proficient use of Dashboard, digital tools, know how to leverage AI to optimize work performance.
Qualities
- Results-Oriented Mindset: Determined with targets/KPIs and steadfast in maintaining portfolio quality.
- Integrity: Transparent and honest about interest rates and fees with customers.
- Flexible, adaptable to the pace of Fintech transformation, strictly comply with bank and partner regulations.
- Ready to travel and move continuously in the assigned territory.
- Competitive salary, 13th month salary and performance-based bonuses.
- Comprehensive health insurance for yourself and dependents.
- Leave policy and flexible working hours.
- Travel allowance and relocation within the region; company provides full equipment for work.
- Work with Trusting Social's credit scoring technology and AI agent.
- Opportunity for social impact: opening credit for people not yet served by banks.
