Job description
- Receive and resolve requests from tenants related to issues in the shopping mall.
- Supervise and regularly inspect the building's technical systems (electrical, water, fire prevention and control, elevators/escalators, etc.) to ensure stable and safe operation.
- Coordinate with maintenance and repair contractors when incidents occur or on a scheduled basis.
- Manage and control the use of equipment, materials, and tools during operations.
- Monitor and report on the building's operational status and propose improvement solutions.
- Manage and control building operational costs.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Management Board.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher, preferably in Building Management, Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining building technical systems (electrical, water, fire prevention and control, elevators, etc.).
- Ability to handle emergencies during operations.
- High sense of responsibility, honesty, and carefulness.
- Ability to work independently and handle work pressure.
- Preference for candidates with experience in building management or real estate.
- Understanding of safety regulations and fire prevention and control standards.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and building management software (if applicable).
