Work location: Phu Quoc Airport Project and cluster of facilities serving APEC 2027
1. MANAGEMENT DUTIES FOR TRANSPORTATION/BRIDGE/TUNNEL INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERVISION:
- Review designs of technical infrastructure items (site levelling, transportation, water supply and drainage, lighting, etc.), measure and extract quantities to prepare bill of quantities and control quantities during implementation; - Supervise construction on site to ensure: quality – quantity – construction progress of contractors according to approved drawings and QA/QC system; - Monitor and follow up construction progress to ensure compliance with the project's overall schedule; - Supervise contractors' work to comply with the approved quality management system; - Check actual quantities and confirm as-built drawings; Control changes and variations during construction implementation; - Advise technical solutions, control changes – variations – drawing adjustments; - Check actual quantities, participate in acceptance, confirm as-built drawings and coordinate with QS to control payment and settlement documents.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Infrastructure Engineering, Bridge and Road Engineering or Transportation; - Valid Construction Supervision Certificate for transportation works or technical infrastructure from Grade II or higher; - Proficient in AutoCAD and specialized software for inspection, quantity extraction, and document preparation; - Understand construction sequences of infrastructure items, technical standards and methods for testing and inspecting work quality; - Minimum 05 years of experience in technical infrastructure or bridge and road supervision at projects of equivalent scale; - High sense of responsibility, proactive, honest, logical and systematic thinking, able to handle work pressure. Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with teams.
