Reporting
- Implement and take responsibility for the accuracy of periodic operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Support management in building reports and monitoring tools to control warehouse performance indicators (KPI).
- Collect data, analyze and propose initial ideas to improve warehouse operational performance.
- Serve as the point of contact for providing data/information to other departments as assigned.
Projects
- Proactively support and implement new ideas to develop projects in multiple areas (productivity optimization, layout optimization, increasing warehouse processing capacity, etc.) to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in other company projects as assigned and serve as a connector with comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments such as Opex, Product, PMO, WFM, Ops planning, etc. to ensure they understand warehouse operations clearly and support them as assigned in specific projects to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor feedback on implemented projects and adjust plans to best fit actual circumstances.
Internal Control
- Master warehouse operating procedures (SOP).
- Directly inspect and supervise various areas in the warehouse to identify operational issues and improvement points.
- Report to management immediately upon discovering any abnormalities or inconsistencies in warehouse operations.
- Maintain good control of SOPs, ensure processes are updated to the latest and aligned with actual warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse/e-commerce Operations.
- Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, etc.) and understanding of logistics/warehouse/fulfillment operations is an advantage.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly and proactive spirit in work.
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to work independently and work effectively in teams.
