Work location: Ho Chi Minh City
Position objective:
Build and deploy the Open Banking model, including:
· Build, analyze and design for commercialization and operation of the model, position the Bank as a leading open financial platform in the market;
· Responsible for business efficiency (TOI), growth in deposit flows (CASA) and legal compliance.
Main responsibilities:
· Business Analysis & API Product Design: Receive business requirements, convert them into specification documents.
· Draft Product Processes & Legal Documents: Lead writing of submission papers, Operating Regulations, approval separation procedures, reconciliation/verification procedures.
· Lead UAT & Acceptance Testing: Develop UAT test scenarios and test cases, directly test business flows on Sandbox/Staging and coordinate acceptance testing with pilot clients.
· Support Business Units & Operations: Package Open API Sales Kit, support business units in deploying to customers, coordinate training for RM teams in the KHDN (corporate banking) segment across the system and serve as L2 point of contact for handling business issues arising with TPP partners.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Banking, or Economics.
· Experience: 02 years or more, with experience working in Banks/Fintech in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Corporate Credit or Corporate Digital Product Development.
· Expertise: Understand ERP/POS integration flows, financial data standards (ISO 20022), Core Banking logic, OAuth 2.0, JSON, Webhook.
· Skills: Business analysis, excellent BRD/process documentation writing; proficient use of Jira, Confluence, Visio/Draw.io.
· Meticulous logical thinking, ability to challenge business requirements.
· Good English language proficiency.
Preferred
· Have participated in or led Transaction Banking transformation programs at major banks or financial institutions.
· Have experience working cross-functionally with multiple related internal departments.
