3. Job Description:
- Deploy and manage BIM models
- Manage 3D models, clash detection
- Synchronize data between disciplines (architecture – structure – MEP) - Deploy models for actual construction
- Build document storage systems (server, cloud); Manage drawing and document versions; Use platforms such as: Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word (advanced)
- Develop internal software; Write support tools: Calculate quantities, Automate reports, Manage materials and labor; Common languages: Python, C#, VBA
- Project IT infrastructure - Installation & management: LAN/WiFi networks at construction sites; Surveillance cameras; Time attendance machines, IoT devices; Ensure system operates stably, especially in construction site environments
- Security & data protection: Protect project document data; Control document access permissions; Backup data regularly

5. Benefits:
- Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience, from 20 – 25 million VND/month
- Salary payment and regular benefits 02 times/month (mid-month advance and monthly salary settlement)

6. Work location and time:

- Working time: From Monday to Saturday noon every week (Morning 8h00 – 12h00; Afternoon 13h30 - 17h30)
