Job description
1. Develop and implement sales plans, approach, establish relationships, advise, pitch products and deliver products and services to the FDI customer segment using Chinese (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong) at mega scale
Effectively manage and monitor risks of the assigned customer portfolio.
2. Support relationship establishment in the area: associations, industrial park management boards, government departments, etc. to support development work and connect with new customers
3. Introduce customers belonging to the supply chain of FDI customers using Chinese (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong), support business units in approaching and exploiting customers
4. Exchange with customers to gather feedback and propose improvements to MB service quality
5. Identify product issues, propose product ideas/policies, corrective solutions, improvements, and product optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, banking or related fields.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in finance and banking; priority given to candidates who have held equivalent positions or have experience working with FDI customers
- Proficiency in foreign languages as required by the job, meeting the following standards: HSK 5 or equivalent certificates
