- Receive customer information with product usage needs from the Marketing department and approach to explore and clarify customer needs
- Demo, advise on solutions, pricing, implementation methods, support services and other necessary information so customers see the product is suitable
- Close contracts and support customers in completing payment procedures and receiving products
- Supervise implementation activities to ensure customer satisfaction when purchasing and using products
- Products: AMIS Accounting for Individual Business Households, MISA eSign, MISA MeInvoice, MISA Cukcuk, MISA eShop.
