Job description
1. Directly build, deploy and supervise the implementation of the Retail Banking (KHCN) Department's plans
2. Manage and organize work according to assigned functional areas
- Establish business targets, develop action programs and take responsibility for business results in the KHCN area of the Department
- Implement and supervise the deployment of sales activities; Programs and policies promoting sales; Programs attracting KHCN customers at the Department
- Manage the customer portfolio of the Department. Assign customers to RMs for management and supervise the effectiveness of customer development
- Establish relationships, connections and partnerships to develop new customers for the Department
- Implement KHCN customer care programs at the Department
- Manage the productivity of RMs in the Department
- Manage customer service quality, deploy programs promoting improved customer service quality of the Department
3. Other duties and responsibilities
- Perform other work as assigned by direct managers in accordance with capacity and scope of work.
- Comply with regulations, procedures and rules related to work implementation and take responsibility for errors and risks caused by individual and/or collective implementation.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/Banking
2. Foreign language: TOEIC 500 or above or equivalent certificate
3. Experience: Minimum 03 years in finance/banking field.
- Minimum 01 year in equivalent management position as Head of Department/Deputy Head of Department/Head of Retail Banking business team at a Branch.
