Job description
- Establish and directly build, organize the implementation of the unit's plans
- Manage, organize sales work and business activities at the Corporate Customers Department
- Manage the current customer portfolio, maximize potential (up-selling), cross-sell products to customers and potential customers
- Deploy, inspect and supervise activities before, during and after lending according to procedures and product regulations for the Corporate Customers segment within the scope of management
- Manage service quality and compliance
- Establish relationships with corporate customers in the area
- Directly recruit, train, develop the sales team at the Corporate Customers Department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance - Banking.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in Finance and Banking; of which minimum 01 year of equivalent management experience
- Deep understanding of Finance - Currency - Banking business activities in the area.
