* Position: Finance and Accounting Department – VNSHOP Joint Stock Company
* Work location: Hateco Laroma Building, 32 Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Lang Ward, Hanoi
* Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Monday to Friday (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collect, verify, reconcile and consolidate data from accountants responsible for each department.
- Ensure that economic transactions are recorded completely, accurately and on time.
- Reconcile data between departments: payables, inventory, cash, bank, expenses…
- Record consolidated accounting transactions in accounting software (cost allocation, depreciation, variance adjustments…).
- Check account coding, validity of documents and accounting document flow.
- Prepare financial reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Prepare internal reports as requested by the Board of Directors: cost analysis, profit and loss, payables...
- Coordinate with tax accountant to prepare VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax and other tax returns.
- Prepare documents and records for inspection and tax audits.
- Store and organize accounting documents scientifically, completely and in accordance with regulations.
- Participate in building and improving internal accounting and finance procedures.
- Provide data and support the Chief Accountant in preparing financial reports, financial analysis, tax settlement, and explanations to competent authorities.
- Propose solutions to improve accounting efficiency and internal control.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from universities in Accounting, Auditing, Finance fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in this position, preferably in online retail industry.
- Understand accounting regime, Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax law, business law and related financial regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and accounting books
- Data verification, reconciliation and matching skills
- Data consolidation and analysis skills
- Proficient in office software, Excel, Misa accounting software.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Communication and coordination skills
- Work organization and stress management skills
