1. MANAGEMENT DUTIES IN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH:
- Regularly supervise occupational safety and health, environment, and fire prevention and control at projects and propose handling of violations according to Group regulations; - Perform documentation work on occupational safety logs at construction sites and propose handling of violations according to Group regulations; - Participate in training, instruction, and workshops on occupational safety and health, environment, and fire prevention and control for staff and workers on a regular basis at projects; - Participate in building, drafting, and updating internal regulations, rules, and procedures on occupational safety and health, environment, and fire prevention and control for projects to ensure uniform implementation according to Group-wide standards; - Consolidate and report periodically on occupational safety and health implementation at projects.
2. Job Requirements (minimum):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction or Occupational Health and Safety; - Occupational Safety and Health Training Certificate; - Proficient in office IT; - Thorough understanding of environment, occupational safety and health, and fire prevention and control regulations; Familiar with State laws on occupational safety and health, fire prevention and control; - At least 05 years of experience in equivalent positions; - Coordination and supervision skills; - High sense of responsibility, proactivity, honesty, ability to handle work pressure. Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with teams.
