Job description
- Build and implement Automation Test and Performance Test strategy.
- Research, build, implement and improve Automation Test Framework, tools, processes and testing standards.
- Organize, supervise and ensure effective operation of Automation Test and Performance Test.
- Evaluate and propose solutions to improve testing quality, coverage and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, manage and develop Automation Test/Performance Test team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from domestic or foreign universities, majoring in: Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications
- Deep understanding of software production: At least 7 years of experience.
- Deep understanding of Software Testing and Automated Testing (Auto-Test):
+ At least 5 years of experience building and operating Auto-Test Framework.
+ At least 3 years of experience in equivalent management role.
- Experience implementing Automation Test and Performance Test in the financial sector
- Experience managing teams of minimum 30-40 people
- Understanding of AI application in software production at the level of tool/process design and proficient use.
- Preferred: International testing certification (e.g. ISTQB Expert level or equivalent)
- Preferred: Banking experience.
- Preferred: Programming experience.
