Job description
Build and develop AI products with the ability to automatically plan, make decisions and execute actions, deployed at large scale in real-world scenarios, next-generation AI systems such as:
- AI Agents (Autonomous Agents)
- LLM-powered Applications
- Multi-agent Workflow Systems
- AI-driven Backend Services
- Intelligent Automation Platforms
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Backend systems integrating AI/LLM Agents.
- Build Agentic Workflows: Planning – Tool Use – Memory – Execution.
- Develop AI services as Microservices (FastAPI/Flask/Django or Java/Go services).
- Integrate AI models into product systems via REST/gRPC APIs.
- Deploy production-ready AI systems with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Optimize inference performance: latency, throughput, cost.
- Work with big data and high-user-volume systems (especially in finance/banking/securities).
- Research and apply new techniques: RAG, Function Calling, Multi-agent systems, Reinforcement Learning Agents.
- Ensure security, safety and scalability standards of AI systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Technology, Information Systems, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications or related fields
- Practical experience in Backend development at large companies or projects.
- Proficient in at least 1 Backend language: Preferred Python, Go, C/C++
- Experience designing Microservice Architecture systems.
- Proficient in one of the following database management systems: PostgreSQL, MongoDB...
- Clear understanding of API design (RESTful/gRPC), security and system performance optimization.
- Experience with: LLM Agents (GPT, Gemini, Claude...), LangChain / LangGraph/ ADK, Autogen, RAG pipelines, Vector Database (Milvus, pgvector...). Tool-use Agents (Function Calling), Memory + Planning + Multi-step reasoning systems
- Proficient in Git/GitFlow
- Experience with: Docker, Kubernetes...
Preferred:
+ Experience in domain: Finance, banking, securities
+ Knowledge of AI Safety, Guardrails, Model Monitoring.
+ Experience optimizing AI systems for cost-efficient production.
+ For Junior and Fresher candidates: Preferred candidates with Good or Excellent academic ranking; high GPA; awards in professional competitions, provincial/city-level excellent student awards or above; scientific research published at international conferences or journals (candidates need to demonstrate GPA, awards in CV)
+ Knowledge and techniques in data processing: NLP, Computer Vision, Speech, Video Understanding
+ Understanding of model architecture: CNN, RNN, Transformer, Attention, GNN…
