Job description
Participate in advising and building AI strategy and development direction for the leadership board
Oversee, coordinate and develop AI projects, products or services in the bank.
Main responsibilities:
1. Directly participate in developing key AI projects
2. Participate in building and implementing strategy and direction for AI projects
3. Develop detailed plans and manage AI development and application projects.
4. Oversee and support the development team in developing and deploying AI solutions, ensuring highest quality and performance.
5. Work with units at the AI Center (LLM, NLP, Computer Vision, Chatbot, R&D) and related units (Data division, Software Development Centers, Testing, BA and customers) to ensure smooth coordination and resource optimization.
6. Update and research the latest AI technologies, apply them to real projects.
7. Ensure quality and performance for AI projects, conduct periodic inspections and evaluations.
8. Participate in talent recruitment, training and team development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML field.
- Experience in leadership and management related to AI is an advantage
- Expertise:
+ Deep understanding of AI/ML/Computer Vision/NLP/LLM technologies...
+ Deep expertise in data management
- Management skills:
+ Planning, organizing and work management skills
+ Decision-making, problem-solving and conflict management skills
+ Ability to inspire teams
- Other requirements:
+ Understanding of legal regulations and ethics related to AI
+ Knowledge of risk management and industry standards
