1. Prepare capital mobilization dossiers in a timely manner to meet project development needs:

1.1 Prepare capital mobilization/disbursement dossiers according to approved plans;

1.2 Prepare and complete capital mobilization dossiers to provide to financial institutions;

1.3 Conduct capital mobilization from external financial institutions (banks, valuation companies, securities companies, non-bank financial organizations, etc.)

Requirements

2. Knowledge:

- Good knowledge of legal regulations in business operations, investment, finance, banking and accounting.

3. Professional certifications: CFA/CPA/ACCA certification is an advantage.

4. Professional experience: At least 03 years of relevant experience in finance, banking, financial control, accounting, investment structuring, investor relations.

1. Lập hồ sơ huy động vốn kịp thời đáp ứng đủ nhu cầu phát triển các dự án:

1.1 Lập hồ sơ huy động vốn/ giải ngân vốn theo phương án được phê duyệt;

1.2 Chuẩn bị và hoàn thiện hồ sơ huy động vốn cung cấp cho các tổ chức tài chính;

1.3 Thực hiện huy động vốn từ các định chế tài chính bên ngoài (ngân hàng, công ty định giá, công ty chứng khoán, tổ chức tài chính phi ngân hàng…)

1.4 Rà soát các văn kiện tín dụng, văn kiện thế chấp liên quan đến tài sản thế chấp

2.2 Tổng hợp thông tin từ các Ban/Phòng liên quan; hỗ trợ thực hiện các báo cáo sau vay.

3. Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với định chế tài chính trong nước để hỗ trợ công tác huy động vốn và phát triển các dự án, đầu tư, kinh doanh bất động sản của Tập đoàn.

1. Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên nghành Tài chính/ Kế toán/ Ngân hàng/ Quản trị doanh nghiệp hoặc tương đương.

2. Kiến thức:

- Có kiến thức tốt về Tài chính ngân hàng, Thị trường tài chính, Thị trường chứng khoán, Thị trường vốn.

- Có kiến thức tốt về quy định pháp luật trong hoạt động của doanh nghiệp, đầu tư, tài chính, ngân hàng và kế toán.

3. Chứng chỉ nghề nghiệp:Có chứng chỉ CFA / CPA / ACCA là một lợi thế.

4. Kinh nghiệm chuyên môn: Ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan trong lĩnh vực tài chính, ngân hàng, kiểm soát tài chính, kế toán, cấu trúc đầu tư, giải thích cho nhà đầu tư.

5. Kỹ năng:

- Kỹ năng đàm phán, thương lượng và giao tiếp, xây dựng và phát triển mạng lưới đối tác và quan hệ khách hàng;
