You will be a pioneer in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to solve challenging problems in the telecommunications network field. This position plays a key role in transforming raw data into valuable insights, building predictive and optimization models, and directly contributing to improving service quality and customer experience.

Job Description
- Problem analysis and modeling: Work closely with domain experts and stakeholders to identify issues, analyze requirements, and model business problems into data science problems.
- Research and model development: Research advanced AI/ML algorithms and methods and propose suitable solutions for network problems (for example: incident forecasting, 4G/5G network resource optimization, anomaly detection).
- Model building, training and evaluation: Data preprocessing, cleaning and exploration. Build, train and fine-tune Machine Learning/Deep Learning models to achieve optimal performance.
- Model deployment and operation: Coordinate with Software Engineering teams to deploy built models into production environments. Monitor, evaluate and optimize model performance after deployment.
- Presentation and reporting: Visualize data, synthesize and present results and insights obtained from models to management levels and stakeholders.
- Collaboration and improvement: Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and data flow. Proactively contribute ideas and improve team workflow processes.
