Job Description
Make phone calls, introduce, consult and close deals with employers posting on Việc Làm Tốt
Care for, support and maintain relationships and continue to provide services to existing customers
Collect customer feedback, coordinate with other teams to build and improve products, develop new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets
Manage customer data on the CRM system to plan business on a weekly/monthly basis and report work results to superiors
Identify issues, provide assessments and propose solutions related to operations
Perform other tasks as requested
Work location: UOA Tower, 6 Tan Trao, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Associate degree
At least 1 year of experience in Account Manager/ Telesales position
Ability to plan sales
Good listening skills, able to handle customer rejection pressure
Teamwork and independent work skills
Persistent, diligent, with good communication, persuasion and problem-solving skills
Dynamic, quick learner, innovative and enthusiastic, willing to learn
Fluent and pleasant voice
Proficient in computer and Office tools
Experience using CRM systems
