About the Project
BShield is a security product protecting applications against fraud and malware attacks. We are looking for a Senior/Lead Backend Engineer to develop the Dashboard system – which processes, analyzes and displays millions of security events daily in real time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Architect & Code: Directly design architecture and develop Backend systems using Golang, ensuring the Dashboard operates stably with low latency and high scalability.
- •Data Processing: Build high-throughput data processing pipelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency of security reports.
- •System Observability: Optimize system monitoring capabilities through Logging, Monitoring and Alerting to detect and handle incidents immediately.
- •Engineering Standards: Establish technical standards through Code Review, writing Unit/Integration Tests and implementing CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes).
- •Technical Leadership: Mentor the team in solving difficult performance problems, advise technical solutions to the Product team and mentor other team members.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- •Experience: Minimum 5 years working on products, of which at least 3 years working with Golang in production environments.
- •Backend Mastery: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, Concurrency and API performance optimization (REST, gRPC).
- •Data & System: Proficient in PostgreSQL and Message Broker systems (Kafka/Redis). Priority given to candidates with experience in ClickHouse or distributed system architecture (Microservices/Modular).
- •Infrastructure: Familiar with Docker, K8s and system monitoring tools (APM, Prometheus, Grafana).
- •Mindset: System problem-solving thinking, priority given to candidates with experience in Fintech, Payment or Security with large data volumes.
