Job description
• Responsible for achieving business targets related to Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and digital transformation products.
• Identify and develop profiles of potential customers; deploy sales activities along the SCF platform vertical and digital solutions.
• Design, build programs and policies to promote business, while creating support tools for branches in implementing SCF and digital transformation.
• Directly participate in meetings, consultations and sales with branches to develop corporate customers.
• Support branches in resolving issues related to products, assessment and operations, ensuring the best customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics and other related majors.
- Minimum 02 years of experience as a Corporate Relationship Specialist (CIB) or direct experience in implementing or selling products related to SCF/Transaction Banking.
- Product and system design thinking; experience in implementing financial or technology solutions is an advantage.
- Analytical skills, logical thinking and ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams.
- Data processing and analysis capability is an advantage.
- English: TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.5; knowledge of Chinese/Korean is an advantage.
- Diligent work spirit, determination to complete work, proactive communication.
